Sunset Junction Full Length Feature Shot on 7D
Disclaimer, I like watching “So You Think You Can Dance” and can’t wait for it to start. There, I said it. So I will probably check out “Sunset Junction” because it looks to be a sexy dance movie with great music that was shot on a Canon 7D here in the part of LA that I frequent.
OK, so the dialog may seem a little weak in the trailer but I am willing to reserve judgement until I see the whole film. One of the things I am most impressed with is the sophisticated website supporting the film.
Most movie websites seem like an afterthought and contain very little actual content. The Sunset Junction site has backstory, stills, video clips, bios, links to actors and dancers and more. The website combined with high quality cinematography shot with the 7D, lend a level of sophistication to this movie that a lot of bigger budget features can’t touch. Kudos to Jesus M. Rodriguez and his crew for making it happen.
